The screen hangs on the start-up logo and never reaches the menu.

It's the most common issue across the F3x platform with the Business Navigation system.

We apply a software update that cures the system crash. The unit is usable and working as normal again. We've carried out many of these.

If the unit has failed

Sometimes the iDrive unit itself is dead. In that case we can order a replacement, ready to be coded to your vehicle.
